Inhours is an online platform that immediately connects companies with the most suitable young talents for theirvacancies. Our added value? An innovative system where candidates solve challenges (practical cases designed by experts in the profession) to apply for an offer. The candidate gets to experience the position and the company receives an assessment of their competences. Our main objective is to scale in Spain before internationalization, to help the more young people the better to find the job they like, and as well, the companies, to include young talent in their workforce.
What is the social impact of your business?
Our social impact is based on 4 main purposes:
- Orientate young people at the beginning of their professional career
- Offer them a tool to demonstrate its potential despite their lack of experience
- Encourage the recruitment of young talent
- Reduce youth unemployment
What do you want to achieve by being part of Impact Hub Scaling?
We want to be the main website to hire recent graduates. Being part of Impact Hub Scaling will help us to land in Madrid, where we hope to achieve key contacts with companies, influencers and partners sharing our mission, to learn and grow first nationally and later internationally.
Please give us one interesting fact about you.
Inhours is composed by a diverse young team, with motivated and creative people from areas such as Human Resources and Marketing, that are working very hard to make this project succeed. Fran (Founder and CEO, Business Manager and 4th time entrepreneur among student-focused startups) and Fer (Co-funder, UX specialist and Tech leader), worked together in three projects before Inhours. They are colleges from high school, and have been the seed of what today is Inhours.
